Barbara A. Breuer

Barbara is a resident of Lake County, Florida, and she has been investing in real estate for over 20 years. Her experience is backed by the knowledge and expertise of Coldwell Banker Camelot Realty, a proven success in the real estate industry.

Barbara has over 25 years’ experience in sales, including print advertising at a daily newspaper in New York City, as well as internet advertising within the real estate market. She also owned and operated a custom picture framing and home decor showroom, where she implemented pricing and merchandising strategies designed to drive sales and improve customer service. Barbara uses her negotiation and sales experience to help buyers and sellers obtain desired results.

Barbara serves Lake, Sumter and Seminole counties -- including, but not limited to Leesburg, Tavares, Mount Dora, Eustis, Fruitland Park, Weirsdale, The Villages, Wildwood, Lake Panasoffkee, Lake Mary, Sanford and Heathrow. Barbara also works with buyers and sellers in Orange County in Apopka, Altamonte Springs and the Orlando area. Because she works with an extensive network of Realtors, she can recommend competent, experienced agents in locations out of her area as well as out of state.

Although Barbara believes personal service is one of the most important aspects of any professional relationship, she understands that harnessing today's technology can only enhance that service. In addition to the MLS, she will market your property to at least 30 websites in order to gain the highest visibility and reach the greatest number of potential buyers. In addition, she has access to homes that are not yet on the MLS. Barbara is on the move, and because of today's technology, her office is with her. Barbara has a BBA in advertising and an MBA in marketing. She has served as President of the Richmond County Business and Professional Women, Business Networking International (BNI), both in New York. In addition, she is a 2011 past Kiwanis club president. She currently is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Mount Dora, and enjoys volunteering with the Key Club -- Kiwanis for high school students.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the Realtors Association of Lake and Sumter Counties. In addition, she holds the prestigious Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) designation in real estate.
